Vegan-friendly hotel in the Zillertal

The MARI POP is more than a hotel. It is a lively meeting place for all those who follow a sustainable lifestyle, highly appreciate regionality and can’t get enough of the Zillertal mountains. We offer our guests a completely vegan catering consisting of breakfast, afternoon snack and 5-course evening menu. In addition to the vegan dishes, which are always marked, we also offer animal products for other hotel guests. However, a highlight is certainly our 5-course evening menu for vegans. Every day you get specialties from the vegan kitchen with great creations from our Chef Markus.

Since recently we grow our own organic vegetables and thus we can guarantee you the best quality of our food. From autumn 2021 we serve you organic vegetables like pumpkin, carrots, potatoes, cucumbers, red and white cabbage and other vegetables from our own cultivation. If we cannot grow a product ourselves or the quantity is not sufficient, then we look very much at regionality and quality of the products when purchasing. Environmental awareness & sustainability are very important to us at the design hotel.
