Our flexible cancellation conditions

Until 30.06.21

You can cancel your booking in the period till 30.06.21 free of charge until 2 days before arrival.

From 1 day before your arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 40%.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show we charge a cancellation fee of 90%.

 

01.07.21 until 18.12.21

You can cancel your booking in the period 01.07.21 to 18.12.21 free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.

6 days to 1 day before your arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 40%.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show we charge a cancellation fee of 90%.

 

From 19.12.21

You can cancel your booking in the period from 19.12.21 until 21 days before arrival free of charge.

20 days to 1 day before your arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 40%.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show we charge a cancellation fee of 90%.
