Immerse yourself in the world of yoga and enjoy our open yoga classes, which we offer five times a week free of charge. Led by experienced yoga teachers, we practise together:

🕉 Meditation & deep relaxation – finding peace in Savasana, promoting healing processes and consciously experiencing the present moment
😌 Yoga Nidra – the yogic deep relaxation that brings body and mind into a state of complete calm
Our classes are suitable for all levels – whether beginner or advanced.
