Romana is a nature-loving, sports-enthusiastic soul. Her yoga and pilates sessions are powerful, activating, and deeply relaxing at the same time. For her, it is not just about movement, but about people forgetting the world around them during practice, arriving within themselves, and finding their inner strength. With a lot of heart and clarity, Romana guides her participants through power flows that make you feel what it means to be present in your own body. The focus is on mindful sensing, anatomically conscious practice, and the gentle transition into a soothing deep relaxation – always supported by music, breath, and a sense of grounding. Her classes are an invitation to unfold your own power and come a little closer to yourself again.

Yvonne

Yvonne is a nature-loving, cheerful person who deeply values genuine connections and spending time in nature. In her main profession, she works in a children's hospital, bringing a great deal of heart and empathy to her role every day.

As a human energetic practitioner, she sensitively guides people to find peace, gain new strength, and reconnect with themselves. A special part of her work includes sound journeys, which promote deep relaxation and inner balance through gentle sounds.

In the Mari Coeur program, Yvonne invites you to pause, let go, and feel yourself more consciously again – mindfully and in harmony with nature.

Anna-Maria

Anna-Maria

Anna-Maria grew up in the Zillertal valley and finds her greatest source of stillness and constancy in nature. As a meditation teacher and Yin Yoga instructor, she guides people to discover this peace within themselves as well.

In the clear, minimalist atmosphere of the house, she creates spaces free of distraction – for deep relaxation, released fascia, and a sharpened mental focus. Her practice is modern, direct, and yet deeply rooted.

In the Mari Coeur program, Anna-Maria invites you to experience the power of silence and find a recovery that goes far beyond the moment.

Carmen

Carmen

Carmen guides people to find conscious moments of peace in everyday life and to treat themselves to small breaks. As a meditation and mindfulness trainer, she conveys in a warm and straightforward way how beneficial mindfulness can be for body, mind, and well-being.

As a mother of two, she knows the challenges of an often hectic everyday life very well herself. This makes a mindful approach to oneself all the more important to her – without pressure, but with lightness and true presence.

In the Mari Coeur program, Carmen creates spaces to breathe deeply, let go, and arrive – accompanied gently, suitable for everyday life, and with a lot of heart.

Kerstin

KERSTIN

Kerstin is a sound practitioner with a deep love for nature. Preferring to walk barefoot, meditating under trees and listening to the silent music of the earth, she integrates her deep connection to nature into her work.

As part of Mari Coeur, Kerstin invites you to find your center through the healing power of sounds. With singing bowls, monochord, gong, tuning forks, koshi, and her own voice, she creates spaces of peace and security where relaxation, letting go, and healing can take place.

The sound vibrations work deep into the body, relieving tension, promoting blood circulation, and activating self-healing powers. They touch not only the body but also the soul – helping to dissolve blockages on a subtle, energetic level.

Mari Coeur is aimed at anyone who wants to consciously take time for themselves – regardless of previous experience or physical fitness. Whether you’re looking to relax, refocus or simply switch off: Mari Coeur is there for you just as you are.

You can organize the retreat flexibly – 3 to 7 days are ideal. The content and phases (arriving, feeling, internalizing) adapt to your pace. A shorter stay is also possible.

Depending on the length of your stay, you can look forward to:

  • Daily yoga and meditation sessions
  • Mindful walks, Qi Gong & forest bathing
  • Access to the wellness area & rooftop spa
  • A personal retreat booklet with gentle prompts
  • Half-board with regional, mindful cuisine (vegan options available)

No. Everything is an invitation – nothing is a must. You decide what’s good for you. The retreat is structured in such a way that you can work with the content individually – at your own pace.

The retreat takes place at the stylish Mari Pop Hotel in Ried im Zillertal. You will stay in modern, lovingly designed rooms with access to the light-flooded wellness area and the roof terrace with mountain views.

Comfortable clothing for yoga & exercise, weatherproof clothing for walks and of course openness for a special time with yourself. Yoga mats and materials are available on site.

Every season has its own magic. Spring and fall are particularly suitable for inner contemplation, while in summer the mountains and nature invite you to be outdoors. You can book your retreat all year round – we will be happy to help you plan it.
