The Perfect Family Summer

We love Mari Pop! Just spend here 4 nights and definitely gonna come back. The room was a little bit crowded for us with two kids but their sofa was pretty comfortable and they spent a lot of time in playing room and the inside pool. The cuisine was very good, all the workers were really warm and friendly. See you next year

This is an amazing hotel and is really one-of-a-kind! We stumbled across it when looking for hotels with vegan options, and the food was the main reason for us choosing to stay here. We were certainly not disappointed! We stayed in a half board basis, but the hotel also puts out a lunch/cake buffet, included in the half board price. The breakfasts had a good selection, with many vegan options. The dinners were the real stars of the show, though. Each night we were served a four or five course vegan meal, each course delicious! The options were varied each day and all original, creative and really tasty! |We were staying in the guest house. The room was really nice with a balcony. The only slight issue was that it was unseasonably hot while we were staying and there is no air conditioning in the guest house, so it was quite hot in our room, but it wasn’t a great problem. I’d recommend staying in the main building in the summer months for this reason. |We enjoyed the swimming pools and spa facilities, particularly the sauna and quiet room on the top floor. |Staff were perfectly polite and helpful, despite our limited German. The location is quiet and peaceful but easily accessible using train or bus. We will definitely recommend to others and will hope to return ourselves!

Stunning view from room. Enjoyed the sauna and the cold pool. Initially booked breakfast only but ended up eating every dinner because the food was amazing. Three course at €30 is definitely worth it. Free popcorn and play area for kids.

Great boutique hotel. Exceptional cousine. Friendly staff. Wonderful sauna with panoramic mountain view. Skibus just by the building, 10min drive to the closest ski area. Awesome place.

Fantastic hotel for skiing, wellbeing, great food and relaxation. We loved every minute. Highly recommended. For skiiers there is a skibus directly opposite the hotel which picks up from 8.15am each morning and takes you the short journey to Hochzillertal's main gondola. You can buy your ski-pass for the entire region directly at the hotel desk. If you need ski-hire, there's a decent place (Hartl) around the corner. And of course, ski storage and heated boot rack. Beyond the skiing we really enjoyed the swimming pool, which is a decent size and also features loungers with gorgeous views of the snowy backdrop. Saunas, steam-room etc. also available. Everything you need to give your body some recovery after a hard day on the slopes. We went half-board and were not disappointed. Breakfasts were really satisfying, particularly with omelettes and eggs cooked fresh in front of you. Evening meals were good quality and well varied each night. We really enjoyed the food and it surpassed our expectations of half-board at a hotel. We were really thankful to have this on site as we didn't see much in the way of restaurants in the immediate area.

Where do I start? My sister and I visited Mari Pop for a few nights as part of our Europe trip. It was such a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the big cities. From the moment we checked in, we were taken such good care of. The reception staff is amazing and very on top of things. I had been wanting to check out Mari Pop because I'm vegan and heard good things about their vegan food options. Let me tell you, I've been to several vegan-friendly hotels where the options are decent, but Mari Pop's are above and beyond. From the full breakfast spread (vegan butter, yogurt, cheese, delicious pretzel rolls, etc.) to the 5-course vegan dinners, I definitely recommend opting for their half board package. Glad we did. I'd go back just for the food. Next, the design of the hotel is well thought out and beautiful. And lastly, the scenery is just gorgeous. We had a room with a deck overlooking the town and it was lovely. I will definitely be back!

We stayed here for a recent ski trip. The location was only 3 minute drive to the main chairlifts. We drove and parked although the ski bus stops right outside the hotel.||||This hotel was outstanding. The amenities, the rooms, the food were all exceptional. ||||Most of all though, the staff were brilliant. Helpful, busy and kind. We rescued a tiny baby rabbit that was being attacked by two cats and one of the staff kindly gave it a home. Konrad the Rabbit is safe and well in their hands 🙂
